FYI: My Top "3" Smokey Eye Palettes

Hello Divas,

Smokey Eyes are classic, timeless, and most importantly a desired look by most. However, achieving the perfect smokey eye look is a totally different story. It saddens me to say this but, I still haven't mastered the classic look yet. :(

I have been trying to find the perfect smokey eye tools for awhile now. I've purchased palettes from different brands claiming to help me achieve my desired look but, because there are so many variations of the smokey eye looks, from classic (black & grays) , to not so classic (browns, greens, and any other color that suits your fancy) that I'm still on the hunt for that perfect look for me. No matter the variation you choose there are some great smokey eye palettes around that help to make achieving the perfect smokey eye attainable.

Here are my top "3" Smokey Eye Palettes

In no particular order

#1. MAC - Smoking Eyes Quad, this handy quad which was released in 2007 with the Smoke Signals collections is one of my favorites of all times. It has everything needed to create a subtle day or night smokey look.

#2. Stila - this quad is composed of classic shades of gray and black that to me holler retro chic and hollywood glam. If you want classic smokey eys these silky eyshadows will do the trick. Pair this quad with a bold red lipstick and there is no stopping you from becoming a diva of the night.

#3. Kat Von D - She is best known for her classic dramatic smokey eyes, signature red lips and lots of tattoos. And it was a true pleasure seeing that she was coming out with a makeup line. She created a palette for your every smokey mood known, from classic to bright smokey . I adore her palettes for there abilities to walk on the extreme side.
