The ChapStick brand has been around forever. I remember it being my very first lipstick as a kid. But as the years went on and I started to adventure out into the wonderful world of makeup. I laid to rest my love and need for Cherry ChapStick lip balm.
Well now they has introduced the only ChapStick with shimmering highlights. Mix those shimmering highlights with there latest moisturizing lip balms and True Shimmer was born. True Shimmer comes in 4 yummy flavors Botanical Berry, Tropical, Peppermint (not shown) and Blended Fruit Sherbet ( last two available in August ) . There claim is that it will dress your lips with a radiant shine every time you put them on and giving your lips a healthy, beautiful look and feel.
Well after trying these balms and I wasn't totally impressed. Against my caramel complexion they left a ashy look to my lips. While the smell and texture was desirable. The look on my lips was horrid. Overall, these shimmer lip balms would work well for pre-teen and teen girls who love glitter and shimmery things.

oh boo and here i thought they were on to a good thing because i did love my cherry chapstick!
@Butterfly The Christian Barbie, I say try them. The smells are delicious but for me they just looked pasty on my lips. Let me know if you try them out
OMG - these are sooooooooo shimmery. I don't like them at all.
