Musiq Monday Spotlight" Lady Gaga

As you all know, I adore Lady Gaga's fashion style and total uniqueness. But I also love her sound and her vocal ability. She speaks her mind and expresses herself through her music and look. Though I don't think she is the best singer in the world. She can indeed hold a solid note compared to other pop artists these days.

Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, know to all by her stage name Lady Gaga popped onto the music scene at age 19. She began her career as a songwriter for Interscope Records and while doing some writing for Akon snd other artist. He heard her sing and signed her to to a joint deal with the label and Akon's Kon Live Distribution label.

And the rest for Lady Gaga is history. Since her early days. Gaga has released one chart topping album " The Fame". Which contained hits "Poker Face" & Just Dance". Gaga is set to release a "The Fame Monster" on November 23, 2009.

Gaga is inspired by glam rockers such as David Bowie and Queen, as well as pop singers such as Madonna and Michael Jackson. She is also inspired by fashion, which she claims is an essential component to her songwriting and performances.
