Hello Divas,
As the weather gets warmer and the urge to expose my toes gets stronger by the day, my need for bright outrageous color steps in. Today I went to my favorite nail technician (Donna) at Modern Nails (3rd floor next to Finish Line) in Pentagon City Mall and she hooked up my toes and nails with a color sure to light up a room so without further delay. Here is my "Nail Color of the Moment".
Donna mixed both The "It" Color & Need Sunglasses together to make the color really pop.
